SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Inclusion is a core objective of Compalim’s operations: the company dedicates time, funds, and human resources to being an active force in building social cohesion within its local community.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is reflected in training and employment opportunities for individuals at risk of marginalization. Our staff is encouraged to participate in volunteer projects and, through a strong partnership with the “Quasi Adatti” Social Cooperative and various local organizations, we facilitate access to cultural, educational, and social reintegration programs.
To further solidify our commitment to those needing support in the workplace, Compalim has developed an internal social division; meanwhile, its directors are among the founders of the “Quasi Adatti” social cooperative.
Beyond the words lies a simple concept: some people need a second chance, while others have never even had their first.
