Inclusion cuts across Compalim's work: the company dedicates time, funds and human resources to be an active player in creating renewed social cohesion in its territory.

Corporate social responsibility is developed through training and employment opportunities for people at risk of marginalization; staff are incentivized to participate in volunteer projects; and, thanks to the strong collaboration with the Volunteer ''L'arte di vivere con lentezza'', it is possible to access cultural, educational and social reintegration paths through Compalim.

To make even more concrete the possibility of providing opportunities for people who need support in employment Compalim has developed a social area within it; at the same time its directors are among the founders of a social cooperative called Il Faro. To complete the welfare mix framework, where the private sector becomes an integral part of the social area, Compalim with Vivere con Lentezza initiates a sharing of intent formalized in the Flywheel structure.

Behind so many words is a simple concept: some people need a second chance, others have never even had their first. A company can be the place to start over; Compalim is proof of that.
