Compalim was born from Luca Ghetti's decades of experience in the dairy world.
Luca Ghetti is a "child of art" having been his father Manager of a Galbani plant.
He lived within this industrial structure and very early on began to learn about and become passionate about the dairy world: from plant engineering to production techniques and soon realized that milk could be transformed into an almost infinite range of products.
Supported by the scientific and engineering studies he undertook, Luca has become, since the 1990s, a great enthusiast and expert in the dairy world.
